Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed - after that, the appointment may be adjusted or canceled.
